Hello Anthony .
I have still been tracking your website.
Unfortunately since the car has been (voluntarily) repossessed there is
nothing we can do to reopen the case. If you still had it we could
assist you with the problems.
Robert.

Hello Robert Shrawder.
I didn't do a voluntarily repossess. _I gave Audi of America three day to pick the Audi TT up are I
would drop it off in a TV station parking lot. They picked it up right away. Buy law. I think it takes
about two months to repossess a car.

Robert, what make you think I could afford to keep paying on an Audi TT that don't work for a
year and purchase a new car that works. Yes I did buy another car.

It sound like you forgot that I was almost killed two time when the Audi TT motor stalled. Did
you forget this happen several times?

Anyway I guess you (Texas Department of Transportation) want me to keep a lemon and pay on
it until the manufacture admits there's a problem. Who can afford to do that?

PS: Remember this? Service Manager, Justin Nichol, said if I come back to The Audi Store they
would call the police to arrest me!

(My Audi TT was under warranty remember)

I called Brian H. Clapp several time. No response.
This is the letter I got from Brian H. Clapp Attorney - _Enforcement BHC/jmr - Texas Department
of Transportation
: The dealership is in substantial compliance, having already made seven warranty
repair attempts. __The dealership is still willing to make further repairs provided that language they
consider objectionable be removed from the vehicle. This is a reasonable condition for the
dealership to make.

Thank you for sending us this complaint.
Sincerely,
Brian H. Clapp

Brian H. Clapp _would know this but he will not response.
I covered-up_ the_ word _sucks_ but that wasn't enough.
What the Audi dealership didn't like was the word lemon!
